The British actor swapped his furs for a suit to join stars including Cat Deeley, Kelly Osbourne and AnnaSophia Robb at the Los Angeles ceremony on Thursday (1 August).
Kit was named 'Actor of the Year' at the glitzy event for his role as Jon Snow in Game of Thrones - and admitted before he took to the stage he was feeling nervous about his speech.
"The pressure is really on," he told Variety. "I've never done a speech before, so we'll have to see how it goes down. I could utterly fail. I'm going for horribly humble and insanely English. I've got to play on the accent."
Game of Thrones began production for its fourth season last month and, according to Kit, it's going to be well worth the wait to reach our screens.
"I've just finished reading [the script] and I genuinely think it's my favourite one so far," he told the Los Angeles Times last month. "And that sounds like I'm pulling your leg. I'm not. I think it's a really powerful season. It's very action-filled… On paper it looks incredible, whether we can pull it off, who … knows!"
He has us excited! Shame we have to wait so long to watch it!
