The rock matriarch, 60, stepped out for the CBS/CW/Showtime Summer Party in Los Angeles on Monday evening (29 July) to support her US chatshow The Talk.
Yesterday, Sharon's talking hit the headlines thanks to a new interview with The Daily Beast, where she spoke about her relationship with former X Factor co-judge Dannii Minogue.
Sharon and Dannii served as judges together on the fourth series of the ITV talent show, but Sharon left the following year, to be replaced by Cheryl Cole.
When asked in the interview why she'd decided to come back to X Factor for its tenth year, she replied: "I chose to leave because I was uncomfortable there at that time with a woman that was on the panel."
The interviewer then asked Sharon to clarify she was talking about Dannii, to which Sharon said: "Yeah. She's insignificant, but at that time, I let her get under my skin and I should have been the bigger person.
"But hey, I chose to leave. That's all in the past. I wanted to end it on the right note. I'm only doing it this one season, it's been 10 years, and I want to end it on the right way."
Dannii hasn't responded to Sharon's comments yet.
Sharon will be splitting her time between the UK and Los Angeles when filming on X Factor resumes. The judges just wrapped the filmed audition stages of the show earlier this month, so next up will be boot camp, judges' houses and then the live shows.
She'll be judging alongside Nicole Scherzinger, Gary Barlow and her old friend Louis Walsh.
Dannii, meanwhile, is currently judging on the Australian version of X Factor alongside LMFAO's RedFoo, Ronan Keating and Natalie Bassingthwaighte. She's also judged on Australia's Got Talent.
