Olly Murs and Nick Grimshaw went head-to-head on the football pitch this weekend to raise awareness for the Football Association's exercise and rehabilitation centre.

The former X Factor star and Radio 1 breakfast show host each captained their own five-a-side teams and were definitely put through their paces!

Before the match started, Olly and Nick took part in a series of gruelling warm up exercises, which included a go on an underwater tredmill!

They then took to the pitch for a game, with retired footballers Robbie Savage and David May helping them out with their professional skills.

The training day was held in aid of Perform, the human performance, sports and exercise medicine and rehabilitation centre at St. George's Park in Staffordshire, and Olly walked away victorious with a score of 11-1.

Afterwards, Olly said: "I don't think we expected to win 11-1 but it was just a really good laugh. It was great to play against Robbie Savage and also to play with David May."
