The American country singer, 23, donned a cute, stripy two-piece that featured high waisted bottoms, which have become popular once again after first being worn by women in the 1940s and 50s.
She accessorised with a pair of cat-eye shaped sunglasses and a red lip, proving that she knows how to paddle board in style.
Meanwhile Ed - who is currently supporting Taylor on tour - was a little less eager to get his torso out and took to the water in a black T-shirt and cargo shorts.
The two stars have grown increasingly close during their time touring the States together and decided to spend their down time yesterday (28 July) with their families at Taylor's home in Rhode Island.
And it sounds like Ed, 22, worked up a real appetite from all of that paddle boarding, as he later tweeted that he would be taking part in an all you can eat contest.
He confidently wrote: "I'm entering an all you can eat competition today, and I'm gonna win it. My stomach is a safe haven for grub."
Taylor was also seen in a vintage style bikini at her home earlier this month, as she celebrated America's Independence Day.
The blonde pop star flaunted her svelte figure in a cherry print suit and posted a series of snaps of herself and her pals wearing red, white and blue face paint while enjoying the 4th of July festivities.
