The feisty singer has stripped off for an artistic black and white photo shoot in order to help fight skin cancer and raise money for the New York University Skin Cancer Institute.
Her naked image has been printed on to a white Marc Jacobs T-shirt and will go on sale in the designer's stores across the States and online, with all proceeds being donated to the NYU Institute, as well as the New York University Langone Medical Centre.
Earlier today (26 July), Miley tweeted a picture of the final product and added: "Check out my @MarcJacobsIntl #ProtectTheSkinYoureIn tee. We gonna save alot of lives #marcfam"
'Protect The Skin You're In' is an ongoing charity T-shirt campaign and has previously been supported by the likes of Cara Delevingne, Victoria Beckham and Naomi Campbell, who have all posed nude for Marc and his creative collaborator, Robert Duffy.
Speaking about the 20-year-old pop-star's involvement in the campaign on their official website, Robert couldn't wait to sing her praises.
"Miley has been a friend of mine for a while and I think she's beautiful," he said.
"She is talented in many mediums from music to film. She really has a very good, solid head on her shoulders. I adore her."
The superstar songstress is no stranger to flashing a bit of flesh, as she has been pushing the fashion boundaries lately in revealing ensembles, such as a low-cut swimsuit in her 'We Can't Stop' music video and even a Marc Jacobs cropped top with Mickey Mouse printed on it.
We can't think of anyone more suited to front the campaign at this moment in time!
