The pair enjoyed a romantic weekend at Spencer's plush country house, making the most of their time together before Stephanie jets back to the US.
Stephanie, who starred in US show The Hills, joined Spencer for a weekend of activities, and it looked like the pair had plenty of fun.
Teasing fans, Spencer posted a photo of Stephanie in their lavish bedroom filled with a large mirror, chandelier lights and a bath tub.
Leaving little to the imagination, he simply said: "Loving our room for the weekend..."
Things soon got messy though, as Spencer found himself on the losing streak in a game of paintball. Admitting defeat, he declared: "Safe to say I lost at paintballing... @stephaniepratt You're safe for now..."
Although judging from the photo, it doesn't look like the lothario was that bothered, as he happily wrapped his arms around a smiling Stephanie.
Spencer and Stephanie sparked rumours of a romance after she landed in the UK last month, weeks after Spencer admitted to cheating on ex-girlfriend and co-star Lucy Watson in Greece. It is thought that the reality TV pair met after being introduced by celebrity pals.
The weekend fun continued as the couple posed for photos with a puppy, and Spencer even donned a large bow-patterned headband!
Posing with the dog, Stephanie, 27 said: "I'm in LOVE!!! Never leaving London!!!!"
But one person who was missing from the weekend festivities was The Hills and Celebrity Big Brother star Spencer Pratt, who is also Stephanie's brother. Spencer took to Twitter saying, "Missing ma bro @spencerpratt .. Wishing you were with us x."
As their two-day break came to an end, the couple left in style, flying into London on a private plane.
Spencer said: "En route to 'The Lone Ranger' Premier... Fasten your seat belts and hope for the best... @stephaniepratt."
Summing up her weekend, Stephanie tweeted: "Best weekend ever! Love @SpencerGeorgeM country house!!"
