The Pirates Of The Caribbean actor arrived at Narita International Airport ahead of the premiere of his new Disney movie The Lone Ranger, and it's fair to say he didn't make the most low-key of entrances.
Acknowledging the fans who had waited for him at the airport, the star was seen chatting with them, signing autographs and even giving out some hugs.

Johnny was accompanied on his publicity trip by his kids with ex-partner Vanessa Paradis, Lily-Rose and Jack. His new girlfriend Amber Heard was also there.
The following day, Johnny joined co-star Armie Hammer for a Lone Ranger photocall, before they hit the Tokyo premiere together later on.
The Lone Ranger opened in the US earlier this month, but we'll have to wait until 9 August in the UK to see Johnny on our big screens.
Meanwhile, new reports today suggest Johnny could be looking to revisit another iconic character he has played on screen: the Mad Hatter.
According to Deadline, the star is in final discussions with Disney for a sequel to Alice In Wonderland, which made over $1 billion worldwide.
