Caroline Flack is missing Olly Murs on Xtra Factor this year, but it looks like she's found someone else to have fun with!

The presenter uploaded an image to Instagram this morning (16 July) showing herself perched on judge Louis Walsh's knee.

She captioned the photo: "Morning cuddles with me Walsh."

Caroline, Louis and the rest of the X Factor gang are in London filming the arena auditions stage of the tenth series, which airs on ITV later this year.

In a twist, all hopefuls have to complete two auditions this year before getting through to boot camp: first, in front of the judges in an intimate audition room, and then in front of thousands at Wembley Arena.

While Louis and fellow judges Gary Barlow, Nicole Scherzinger and Sharon Osbourne have been critiquing the talent, Caroline has just been enjoying the show.

She tweeted yesterday: "I'm SO excited about arena auditions today! Still get goosebumps when the judges do the walk in…"

And it seems, as always, we'll have plenty of tear-jerking auditions, with Caroline teasing: "Have cried twice today watching contestants . And Im standing on box to look taller. Not a great look."

She later added: "Arena auditions have JUST finished! Amongst them was what I think was the best audition I've ever're gonna love it."

Best audition ever?! Now we're intrigued!

X Factor will return later this year with a couple of new - or, in one case, new but familiar - faces.

Former judge Sharon Osbourne has stepped in to replace departed judge Tulisa, while newbie Matt Edmondson will co-host Xtra Factor with Caroline, following Olly Murs' decision to leave to focus on his music.

Last year's X Factor was won by singer-songwriter James Arthur, who was mentored by Nicole Scherzinger.

It was only Nicole's first year as an X Factor UK judge (she previously served on X Factor US), but not only did she have the winning contestant, she also mentored the runner-up, Jahmene Douglas.
