Jelena wowed in a showstopping Oscar de la Renta gown at the Novak Djokovic Foundation Gala Dinner on Monday night (8 July).
The blonde is the director of her tennis player boyfriend's charity, founded in 2007, which supports disadvantaged children in Novak's home country of Serbia.
During the evening, Novak paid tribute to Jelena in his speech, saying: "Love is the greatest driving force in my life, it can create miracles."
Kate Hudson, Naomi Campbell, Gerard Butler, Goldie Hawn and Sarah Ferguson, The Duchess of York, were among the famous faces who attended the inaugural gala dinner at The Roundhouse in London.
Mother-and-daughter duo Kate and Goldie were present to announce a partnership between Novak's foundation and their MindUP initiative.
Big names from the tennis world also turned up, including Wimbledon 2013's female champion Marion Bartoli, Boris Becker and Tim Henman.
The evening raised more than £1.2 million with auction prizes including a guitar signed by Rolling Stones' Ronnie Wood and a seven-day holiday on Sir Richard Branson's Necker Island.
Novak said: "I am delighted to be joined this evening by friends and family to support a cause which is so close to my heart. The Foundation works alongside young children in Serbia to provide support, encouragement and resources so they can fulfill and nurture their dreams.
"With the help of such generous people, our vision is to expand our work to the UK and America and transform the lives of more children around the world."
The world number one finished runner-up at Wimbledon 2013 following a blistering match with Andy Murray on Sunday (7 July), which saw Andy win in straight sets and become the first British man to win the tournament since 1936.
