The two blonde stars struck up a friendship in the Australian jungle last year while appearing on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! together, so it's no wonder that Ashley is anxious to make sure that Helen is okay.
According to The Sun, when Ashley - who recently starred as a judge on Dancing On Ice - was asked about her former co-star, she said: "I am very worried for her... I hope she's going to be OK."
Helen, 22, has experienced a number of difficult incidents over the past few weeks, most notably when armed thieves broke into her home while she was there with a friend.
The former Coronation Street actress was held hostage in her mansion as the intruders ransacked the building and stole her belongings.
Soon after, Helen was hit by rumours that her footballer boyfriend, Scott Sinclair, had been sending racy texts to another woman.
Helen also posted a worrying picture of her scratched chest on Twitter. After suggestions that she may have self-harmed, Helen assured fans that the sore looking scratch marks were actually a result of an itch.
She tweeted: "There is no words. Really there is no words. Self harm? Are you sure? FFS. I had a f**king scratchy chest."
However, despite facing a series of set backs, Helen has still been seen putting on a brave face and getting on with her life by going out for dinner with friends and relaxing at a spa.
Last week, Helen headed to Surrey for some pampering at a hotel and spa retreat and it appears to have done the the world of good, as she tweeted on her return: "Thank you @PennyhillPark for looking after me had the most amazing break #headtogether x"
