First-time mum Rochelle, who welcomed her baby daughter Alaia-Mai with husband Marvin Humes on 20 May, told her Twitter followers last night (27 June) that she had "solved" the problem over her newborn's crying.
She tweeted: "Knowing the difference between an attention cry or a genuine one is problem I have now solved. She's 5 weeks and already crafty. LOL x."
Rochelle, who returned from maternity leave last week to join The Saturdays to open a new hospice, managed to settle the little tot to sleep before cramming in some last minute practice for the group's performance on ITV's This Morning today.
She said: "Right she's asleep...last min practice of the routine then off to bed for me...we will be on This Morning tomorrow am...#gentleman xx."
Husband Marvin also showed his support after tweeting this morning: "@RochelleTheSats good luck baby for your 1st performance back..we're thinking of you..Lai-Lai and Daddy are proud of Mummy..we love you x."
This week (26 June), former Girls Aloud singer Kimberley Walsh got a "cheeky little cuddle" from Alaia-Mai after bumping into Rochelle at their music headquarters.
It seems that the newborn took a shine to Kimberley too, as Rochelle tweeted: "@KimberleyJWalsh She loves you ... She doesn't just sleep on anyone you know!!"
