Katie, who married her third husband Kieran Hayler in January, admitted today (27 June) that she wants to add to her brood after she's given birth.
Speaking on ITV1's Loose Women about being pregnant again, Katie said: "I can't believe it - but I'm not stopping there. I love, love kids. My best friend had a baby at 45."
Katie, 35, then questioned whether she will actually be able to fulfill her wish if her next child is born by caesarean.
"I don't know if anyone can help me, cos. I've tried to Google," she asked. "I had a natural birth with Harvey, then I had two c-sections and now I've left it six years. Can I have natural again?
"I'd love to know because I want more children, I know when you have a caesarean you can only have a certain amount."
Katie then spoke about how her brood - Harvey, Junior and Princess - feel about the impending new arrival.
"They're really excited," she revealed. "Harvey is really fascinated. He keeps drawing frogs, cos he's obsessed with them, and they keep having huge bellies."
