Nick - who plays Tony Hutchinson in the C4 show - and Joseph - who plays Dr Paul Browning - took part in the Virgin London Marathon earlier this year and have now handed over their sponsorship.
The actors raised at total £2,140 for the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation, which funds research and provides support to lung cancer patients and their families.
Nick, who has been in Hollyoaks since the first episode, said: "Reaching the finishing line wasn't easy but knowing I was raising money for the charity and helping to support lung cancer patients and their families definitely kept me running."
Joseph added: "I'm proud to have been a member of their Virgin London Marathon team and to raise money for such a worthy cause."
Well done, lads!
