The 'Glad You Came' singer had been on temporary hiatus from the band since having a procedure to fix a haemorraghing nodule on his 20th birthday.
But over the weekend, he made a triumphant return to the limelight, joining band mates Siva Kaneswaran, Jay McGuiness, Tom Parker and Max George at Capital FM's Summertime Ball in London.
Ahead of his return, Nathan simply tweeted: "I'm back."
The Wanted welcomed Nathan back during their performance of 'I Found You', when he appeared on stage via a trap door and began singing, much to the delight of fans at Wembley Stadium.
His return was all the more of a surprise given that Max said a couple of weeks ago that Nathan's voice hadn't come back properly yet.
Speaking on US radio on 20 May, Max had said: "He's okay. His voice hasn't come back properly yet. They say that could take months."
After their successful set, which included hit tracks like 'Glad You Came' and new song 'Walks Like Rihanna', the boys celebrated Nathan's return by attending the official after-party at Mahiki night club alongside stars including Ed Sheeran and The Saturdays' Mollie King.
