The Hollywood actress recently revealed that she'd undergone a double mastectomy to reduce her risk of developing breast cancer, but she has since got swiftly back to work making public appearances in Europe alongside her fiancé on the promotional tour of his new horror film, World War Z.
However, for her 38th birthday on Tuesday (4 June) Brad made sure that he took some time out of his hectic schedule to spend time with Angelina and the kids in Germany and they all headed to Kuchi restaurant in Mitte, Berlin for a Japanese meal.
Angelina looked chic in a tailored black dress and nude heels, while holding on to her daughter, Zahara's hand.
Brad, 49, tied his long hair back for the birthday dinner and sported a smart black shirt while keeping a watchful eye on their rest of their brood, which included Maddox, Pax, Shiloh, Knox and Vivienne.
The A-list actor has provided a great deal of comfort and support for Angelina this year, as she underwent surgery and also dealt with the tragic loss of her aunt to breast cancer last month.
Brad has since said that Angelina's decision to have the mastectomy was "absolutely heroic" and his mother, Jane, has also publicly praised her future daughter-in-law for her bravery, admitting that Angelina's procedure meant so much to the family.
Angelina has been overwhelmed with messages of support from fellow celebrities - such as Michelle Keegan, who had a mastectomy last year - and from her fans too, admitting that their words had "meant the world" to her.
