The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, who is expecting a baby girl with boyfriend Kanye West in July, can finally put the bitter divorce battle behind her.
According to People magazine, a judgement on Monday (3 June) by the Los Angeles Superior Court put an end to the exes' 72-day marriage, following their split in October 2011.
The former husband and wife, who tied the knot in August 2011, reached a settlement in April to avoid an even lengthier trial.
Their lavish wedding ceremony was aired on Kim's Fairytale Wedding: A Kardashian Event but two months later, Kim filed for a divorce.
Basketball player Kris, alleged that their divorce was a sham, requesting an annulment on the grounds of fraud - a claim which Kim has strenuously denied. The two had signed a prenuptial agreement but exact terms of their arrangement have not been revealed.
In a statement after their split, Kim said: "I had hoped this marriage was forever, but sometimes things don't work out as planned. We remain friends and wish each other the best."
