The 60-year-old stole the show at the first day of judges' auditions for series ten by walking the red carpet outside the arena with two very hunky men clad (appropriately) in kilts!
Sharon was one of the original X Factor judges when the show launched back in 2004 (alongside Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh), but left in 2008 to be replaced by Cheryl Cole.
Now, however, she's back and it appears she hasn't lost her sense of humour!
Sharon will take the place of Tulisa on this year's judging panel, after the singer announced last month she was leaving to pursue other opportunities.
That means Sharon will be reunited with old pal Louis - and we can't wait! We're also rather intrigued to see how she
Nicole looked typically gorgeous at today's auditions in her smart black suit teamed with killer red heels. She was also doing a bit of the old shoulder robing, with her coat slung casually over her shoulders. Perhaps she's been taking style tips from Laura Whitmore, who frequently favours the unusual style.
Once inside the arena, Sharon and Nicole met up with fellow judges Louis and Gary, and the show's host Dermot O'Leary for their very first group photo.
Gary started the day in good spirits, tweeting that it was a "beautiful" morning in Glasgow and he was excited to start the search of the UK's next star. He was sent a good luck message by his Take That band mate Howard Donald, who said: "Good luck with it all mate."
Nicole emerged as the triumphant judge on her debut series of X Factor last year, mentoring James Arthur to victory and Jahmene Douglas to the runner-up spot, so no doubt she'll be doing everything in her power to keep hold of that crown.
As well as the judges, Caroline Flack and her new Xtra Factor co-host Matt Richardson were also in Glasgow, prowling around for all the backstage gossip!
