David said: "Justin is an exceptional artist with global appeal and unrivalled successes. We are thrilled to add him to a stellar line-up that will celebrate an amazing year of music and make this one of the strongest BRIT live shows to date."
Justin, 32, announced his long-awaited return to the music industry at the beginning of January, and released his new single 'Suit & Tie' featuring Jay-Z off his forthcoming album The 20/20 Experience.
But his slot on the night also raises speculation as to whether the superstar rapper will fly in too, especially as his wife Beyoncé is also reportedly set to perform!

The Brits will feature some of the biggest music acts of the past 12 months. James Corden will resume his duties as host and other performances on the night will include One Direction and Robbie Williams.

The six-time Grammy winner, who is married to actress Jessica Biel, will make his first live appearance since his six-year hiatus at The Grammys Awards on 10 February.
He tweeted this week: "Did you hear yet?! Been itching to get back on the BIG stage. Can't wait for this one... @thegrammys."
We are super excited about his Brits performance happening - we can't wait to see him on stage in his suit and tie!
Broadcast live from The O2 in London, The BRIT Awards will be shown on ITV1 and ITV1 HD from 8pm. The Red Carpet show will air on ITV2 between 7-8pm.
