The Baywatch star, 45, has also noticed a change in her body since she started training for the ITV1 show as it is helping her to tone up.

Pamela, who is partnered with Matt Evers, says: "I am having so much fun training for the show and I love doing something physical. It keeps me in line and it keeps me out of trouble!
"It also keeps me occupied and I have definitely toned up since I started training. I am definitely in better shape than I have ever been."
Since starring as CJ in the 90s show Baywatch, Pamela says people often have misconceptions of her.
But she insists: "If people still remember me in my 20s on a beach, then that is fine with me. I am happy with the image.
"I do think misconceptions can work in my favour. If I go on the ice rink and do something good, then everyone will be really shocked and amazed."
