But bizarrely, it seems as though people were suggesting that Spencer wouldn't be impressed by his two friends getting together.
Taking to Twitter, the star said: "I don't understand these tweets. I am so so happy for Jamie and Binky. They are both amazing friends of mine and I wish them all the best!!"
Binky and Jamie have remained rather coy since their snog was aired to the nation.

After the episode, Binky admitted it was emotional watching it back, tweeting: "In my bed - wow that ep took it out of me!
"Night night all you delicious people and thank you for all my amazing tweets.Xx"
Jamie, meanwhile, has hinted that love might be blossoming between them both.
Making reference to their golf date, which was gatecrashed by new boy Sam Cussins - who then asked Binky out on a date(!) - Jamie said: "You are Ma Boi @samcussins... I'm loving you trying to beat me at golf!! Fun and games over Binky.. #shesmagirl"
He then simply posted: "Big @BinkyFelstead #lovingyoubinks"
Aww Jinky, you guys are just too cute!
