iPhone 5 fever has well and truly hit the UK with hundreds of phone fanatics queuing outside stores this morning, desperate to get their hands on the jazzy new mobile.

And it wasn't just us non-famous people waiting patiently for our turn to buy the phone – pop stars JLS were spotted in the queue at Oxford Street's Carphone Warehouse store at around 7.30am this morning!

Sipping on takeaway coffee to keep them warm on a nippy London morning, Aston Merrygold, Marvin Humes, JB Gill and Ortise Williams looked excited about today's launch.
Aston even kept other customers entertained with a dance routine as they all waited for that moment when the new iPhone 5 would be in their hands.

And it looks like the queuing was worth it as the band looked happy with their purchases when they left the Carphone Warehouse later this morning. We wonder if Marvin picked one up for wife Rochelle...
An excited JB said: "This phone is ridiculously cool. I have it in black and it looks incredible, can't wait to start using it on 4G!"

Apple recently said it had received more than TWO MILLION pre-orders for the new handset, while hundreds of eager fans had been camping out for days outside stores in order to ensure they got their hands on the brand new handset.
Over in Australia, as is his tradition, Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak was also queuing. Despite probably being able to get the phone in advance, the co-founder always lines up with fans on the morning of a new Apple product release.
