Cheryl, 29, told her nearly three million Twitter followers that she was looking forward to watching the second run of the TV talent show, which features Britney Spears as a judge and began in the US last night.
She tweeted: "After rehearsing all day for tour I have to admit I'm excited to put on my Mickey Mouse tracksuit & watch X Factor USA! #itsBritneybitchesss."
Cheryl left the UK X Factor back in 2011 to join the judging panel for the brand new US version alongside Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul and music executive LA Reid, who masterminded the careers of stars like Rihanna and Justin Bieber.
However she was dropped just a few weeks into filming and replaced by Nicole Scherzinger, with Simon saying he felt Cheryl looked "uncomfortable" on the judging panel.
But it looks like there are no hard feelings with Cheryl tuning in to the first episode of US X Factor last night to watch Simon, LA and new judges Britney and Disney star Demi Lovato begin the auditions process.
The show begins over here on ITV2 on 27 September. Exciting!
Cheryl, who recently said that she and Simon were "frenemies", will be making a return to the X Factor world herself soon after signing up as a guest mentor for Gary Barlow on the current season of the UK show.
She was snapped arriving by helicopter to Boughton House estate in Northants last week to help Gary choose which singers in his category he will take to the live shows.
