TOWIE star Lewis Bloor had a fair few conflicts in the last series of the ITVBe reality show, but it looks like that's all water under the bridge now.

Speaking exclusively to Reveal ahead of series 14 this weekend, Lewis acknowledges that he was at the forefront of quite a few explosive storylines.

"I feel like I get a bit of a bad rep," Lewis tells us. "I'll never stick my ore in but if I feel like I'm backed into a corner, apparently I can be quite vicious, and I think that's where I was in the last series.

"I had a lot of things coming to me and when something hit a nerve, or I was wound up about something, then I'd retaliate, which isn't the way to do it really."

In series 13, Lewis came to blows with Fran Parman and subsequently her boyfriend James 'Diags' Bennewith following a long-running personal feud.

Things also turned sour between Lewis and ex-girlfriend Lauren Pope after she discovered he had been unfaithful. And viewers watched him declare his feelings for former flame and Fran's best mate George Harrison.

Lewis, Fran and Diags had an ongoing feud.

Lewis tells us: "Fran, I actually get on quite well now. Funnily enough - I don't know why - but me, Diags and Fran are totally cool!

"And with Lauren, well, I think she sort of steers clear of me to be honest. I can't blame her."

Lewis says that since the break from filming, he has been in very little contact with George. "My friendship with George isn't what it was," Lewis explains. "We don't really speak so much anymore just because I feel she was someone I looked at through rose tinted glasses.

"Over the years people sort of said to me 'What do you see in her?', and I always said, "You know I think she'll grow up to be a nice girl'. She is a nice girl, but she's just not my nice girl, so we've sort of distanced ourselves from each other."

So is Lewis looking for romance?

"I've recently turned 25 and it's a big milestone in a man's life," he tells us. "I feel like if I met the right person then yes, but I don't think you can go looking for it.

"If you go looking it, you let people get away with things that you wouldn't normally, and you give them the benefit of the doubt, and that's not something you should do. But yes, I'd love to meet someone."

Lewis spoke to Reveal with his co-stars Lydia, Georgia and Bobby.

In fact, Lewis made a rather sweet gesture to his mum for Valentine's Day: "I sent red roses to my mum on Valentine's Day because I wanted to make a big fuss over her as she recently she split up with her boyfriend after five years.

"It was special and I said something like, 'You deserve to feel special on this day. Happy Valentine's Day mum, love Lew."

Aww, how sweet!

TOWIE series 14 starts on Sunday 22 February at 10pm on ITVBe. Mark Wright will present a special one-off after show, TOWIE: All Back to Essex at 11pm.
