Exclusive: TOWIE's Lydia Bright on beauty, Tom Kilbey and living in Paris!

Since she first hit our screens in The Only Way Is Essex, Lydia Bright, 21, has had a busy couple of years – from her very public on-off relationship with co-star James 'Arg' Argent, to the launching of her shop Bella Sorella, every moment of the Essex girl's life has been in the public eye.

Now enjoying a budding new relationship with recent TOWIE addition Tom Kilbey, it doesn't look like things will be slowing down for Lydia anytime soon.

''It's crazy,'' says Lydia, ''but that's life on TOWIE – I'm used to it now!"

With the new series of The Only Way Is Essex hitting our screens on Sunday, we caught up with the blonde bombshell to talk life, love and why she's happy to be pale....
