Do you want to speed date on your commute to work?

Some of us are so insanely busy that dating is practically impossible, right?

There's work, pals and the new series of Orange Is The New Black on Netflix - there are just not enough hours in the day. And if you're anything like me, telly and best mates get the biggest share of your free time.

Match know this. They know we're stretched for time and frankly cba to give up our precious leisure time for dates that are more-often-than-not bloomin' awful.

Singles can now hop on a dating bus and speed date their way to work

Match's Datemaster bus

So they've designed the Datemaster bus - a double decker former Routemaster London bus so single commuters can speed date on their way to work.

Instead of the usual crowded and stressful journey to work, Match members and anyone else who'd like to speed date their way to the office are invited to take a seat at their very own table. They'll be served brekkie and have five minutes to speak to each potential suitor before moving on to the next one.

Since their research found that 55 per cent of single Britons (and 57 per cent of those in London) admit they don't go on as many dates as they would like because they don't feel like they have time, they hope the Datemaster bus will solve all these problems.

The bus will depart from a different location on each of the three mornings with enough time to ensure passengers arrive at work for that 9.30 meeting, having already met more singles in one journey to work than they might've done in the previous month.

Match dating expert Kate Taylor said: "Londoners are the first to blame their lack of love life on their hectic schedule. So city-singles have to look for ways to fit dating into their already busy schedule. The DateMaster bus is the perfect solution!

"I wish normal commutes could be so romantic, but Londoners are usually keen to avoid eye contact on public transport. The DateMaster bus finally allows singles to interact in a fun, romantic and time-efficient way. All aboard!"

Datemaster services will depart from Clapham Junction, Limehouse and Brixton and drop off in a number of locations in the West End and City. Journeys will start at 8am on the following days:

- Wednesday 10th August: Clapham Junction-Liverpool Street
- Thursday 11th August: Limehouse-Waterloo
- Friday 12th August: Brixton-Liverpool Street

To ride on the Datemaster bus, singles can register at, where they can select their preferred day and commuting route.
