But we may finally have the answer to all our problems - introducing mobile spinning studios.
For those who just can't face waking up any earlier to fit in their exercise regime before work, this may be the solution.
A number of London buses are being fitted with studios so commuters can spin their way to the office. Genius!
Created by the founders of trendy gym 1Rebel, the buses will pick spin enthusiasts up from four locations in North, South and East London. And after their work outs, they'll be dropped off at a 1Rebel studio in the City for a quick shower and smoothie before heading off to work.
Their current RIDE spinning classes are constantly oversubscribed.
Rebel1 posted on their Facebook page: "It's time to COMMUTE HARD.
"We're taking to the roads and burning hard through the streets of London.
"Commute to/from your work via our Ride studio on wheels."
Founder James Balfour told The Evening Standard: "It is an absolute no brainer for us that we can create more efficiency in people's routines by transforming their commute.
"For those who want the components of a class, but perhaps don't have the time to commit during the day, this provides a great solution for them to maximise time they would otherwise be spending just travelling to work."
