What's cuter than a tiny little seal pup? Well... two tiny little seal pups.

These incredible creatures are actually the first wild grey seal twins to be born in the world.

They are the world's only wild grey seal pup twins

Female pup R2-D2 and her brother C-3PO were rescued after being found alone and starving in Norfolk last November.

They were only 10 days old at the time.

Now they've been nursed back to health and DNA tested, and results show the rare seals are twins.

Anne Kirstine Frie, who works for the Institute of Marine Research in Norway, said: "I got samples from the two pups and from blood in the sand and they definitely have the same mother.

"It is very unusual. I have never experienced it myself and my British colleagues who do a lot of fieldwork have never observed it."
