Sue Radford and her husband Noel, 45, vowed they would have no more children after their 18th child was born.
But this week they announced baby number 19 was on the way.
The 40-year-old mum from Lancashire has never claimed any benefits, and manages to finance the rather large household with funds from the family bakery business.
The Sun reported each week they get through 126 pints of milk, 21 loaves of bread and 28 toilet rolls. It costs them about £30,000 per year to bring up their little ones.
Sue told the paper: "It has come as a huge surprise. We were adamant that we wouldn't have more. But it is a brilliant start to the New Year."
