Mo Abad lost his genitals in a car accident when he was six, leaving him unable to have sex in adulthood.
But life-changing surgery meant doctors could take flesh from the 43-year-old's arm and create an eight-inch implant for Mo.
The incredible device allows Mo, from Edinburgh, to pump up his testicles and todger. It even comes completely with an "on" and "off" switch.
University College London surgeons spent three years building his new willy and then sent him on his way.
But Mo was left with the hard task of keeping his new contraption erect for two weeks to speed up the healing process.
Having children may now be a possibility for Mo, who claims his marriage fell apart due to his lack of manhood.
He told This Morning: "I didn't want to speak to anybody, I just wanted to get myself away from everybody. I'm filling with tears just talking about it. It really hits a nerve.
"But now I've been through it, I'm comfortable with it. I can talk about it to anybody.
"It's totally changed my life. I feel brilliant. I'm still a virgin but I'm working on that you know."
