The show-stopping cyclist was ordered to cover up after spectators noticed he'd become aroused.
The unnamed sportsman was about to take part in the World Naked Bike Ride in Canterbury on Saturday (30 May 2015). When police ordered him to put his trousers on, he was said to look sheepish.
"Everyone was taking their clothes off to get ready for the ride," one onlooker told The Mirror.
"I heard gasps and turned around – it was a horrible sight. It is fair to say he was overexcited and got aroused.
"It looked like he was enjoying the event a bit too much."
The World Naked Bike Ride is held all over the globe. Its aim is to campaign against congested roads and to raise awareness of cyclists' safety.
This isn't the first time the bare-bottomed bike ride has caused controversy in Canterbury. Last time there was a problem when naked men turned out for the event minus their bikes.
Organiser Barry Freeman took a hard line at the over-exposure and said Saturday's randy rider was promptly given his marching orders.
"We do not accept this behaviour," he told The Sun. " He was dealt with and removed.
Kent Police have not taken any further action.
