We all hate getting to work on a morning - delayed trains, bumper-to-bumper traffic and loud commuters, all when you're barely awake.

So we were ready to applaud Paul Cox, who manages to avoid all of this by paragliding to work every day!

The inventive dad-of-two sets off every day from his garden in Anglesey, Wales to fly the 10-mile journey to his work as an independent contractor for the Royal Navy in Holyhead.

His flying machine, a seat attached to a fan motor and parachute, cost £8,000 and folds away into a suitcase when he arrives.

It's well worth worth it if you ask us, especially as it only takes half an hour!

Paul was quoted in the Daily Mirror, saying: "You have to concentrate but it does take you away from it all."

What a start to your day!
