Ryan Flanaghan and Leah Rogers paid £10 for a TY Princess Diana Beanie Baby at a boot sale.

The toy was bought for £10 and now could be worth £62,500

That might sound like a good deal in itself but some research proved that the first edition bear could be worth up to £62,500!

Around 100 of the Princess Di bears were made after her death in 1997, making it a popular rarity among many collectors.

Ryan, a previous collector, spotted the bear and instantly recognised it but even he was shocked to discovered a similar toy priced at over £62,000 on eBay.

Previously, a Princess Di bear has sold for a whopping £20,000 on the auction site.

The couple is planning to put the bear up for auction, and hope that the life-changing amount of money will help them buy a house together.
