Lee Kirk became £50,000 richer after buying what he thought was a National Lottery ticket for Wednesday night - but was actually a Euromillions ticket for Tuesday.
When the 54-year-old car salesman finally realised his mistake and checked the correct numbers, he was no doubt delighted to discover he'd matched five numbers.
How lucky was he?!
Lee, of Stevenage, Herts, said "I couldn't believe it. I was sure my ticket was for the National Lottery draw."
Now he plans to treat his wife and son to new cars, as well as buying his daughter "something special".
We wish our accidents were that profitable!
