Found on Limetrees Close in Stockton-on-Tees - dubbed Britain's cheapest road - this two-bedroomed house is selling for less than most people's deposits.
The downside? Well, the house in the Port Clarence area is renowned for its ongoing crime, deprivation and social problems - not to mention that some of the houses on the street have no roofs after being attacked with firebombs.
Perhaps this is partly why this house has such a low selling price.
In fact, the average house on the road has sold for £16,714, compared to the national average of £273,000.
One resident even told The Daily Mail: "When you look at the place, £5,000 starts to look a bit steep."
