Paul Rothwell, from Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex, entered Walkers' "Do Us A Flavour" competition, where snack fans had to submit their ideas for new seasonings.
The father-of-one's pulled pork and sticky BBQ sauce suggestion was shortlisted by judges David Walliams and Marco Pierre White, along with chip shop chicken curry, cheesy beans on toast, hot dog with ketchup, sizzling steak fajita and ranch raccoon. In total, they received whopping 1.2 million entries!
It was then down to the public to decide which flavour was best - and Paul's tasty pork idea came out top with 26 per cent of the vote.
Discussing his win, Paul said: "I was up against five other delicious and imaginative flavours so I really didn't expect to win. I'm truly over the moon."
The 40-year-old is a huge fan of American food and crisps and, with pulled pork being very popular at the moment, he decided to submit it as his dream crisp flavour.
He plans to spend his winnings travelling the world with his wife, Anne, but will won't be quitting his job just yet.
"I'm going to have to take some time off and we're definitely going to go to America and Australia, but for now it's back to work in London," he added.
