Francesca Goodby, from the West Midlands, played real-life doctors and nurses when her mum, Kay, went into labour at their home recently.
The cool-headed girl fetched towels and held the baby's head as it was facing the wrong way round, while her dad relayed information to midwives on the phone.
He also kept a close eye on two-year-old Roisin – who had previously been delivered by Francesca on the bathroom floor!
Luckily, Saoirse who is now seven weeks old, was born healthily with her big sister's help. And it seems Francesca learned her skills from the television!
Kay was quoted in The Metro, saying: "She learned how to deliver babies from watching Casualty.
"We're so proud of her, she was the calmest person in the house."
Francesca added: "It wasn't scary, I was excited and glad to help. As soon as Mummy said she was pregnant I was preparing just in case it happened again."
She's since been dubbed Britain's youngest midwife - and we think it's a well deserved title!
Well done, Francesca!
