Amy Hughes took on the fitness challenge to raise cash after her friend's daughter was diagnosed with a brain tumour - and she's also managed to break the world record with her amazing fitness feat!
Feeling inspired after reading about Dean Karnazes, who ran 50 marathons in 50 of the US states, the 26-year-old decided to attempt the mass marathons to "do something different".
The tough test kicked off in Chester on 6 August and the fitness fanatic paced 26.2 miles in a different city each day.
Overall, dedicated Amy from Oswestry, Shropshire, ran a whopping 1,388 miles - and went through five pairs of trainers!
Amy's quickest marathon was in Cambridge, which took her just four hours, 50 minutes to complete. And her slowest was eight hours in Taunton on day 35, when she was up all night vomiting and suffering from cramps after contracting a stomach bug.
While we can't ever imagine her wanting to break a sweat again, super-fit Amy was quoted in the Daily Mirror saying quite the opposite: "I enjoyed it so much. It's going to be strange now. I'm not really going to know what to do with myself."
The lass crossed the line for the last time in Manchester yesterday (28 September) and hopes to raise an impressive £53,000 for the Isabelle Lottie Foundation, which raises awareness of the early diagnosis of brain tumours in children and young adults.
