Cambridge University is advertising for a PHD student to try to invent a heat-resistant version of our favourite coco-based snack.
The lucky candidate will spend three years experimenting with ways to stop chocolate melting in an attempt to make it stay solid in warmer climates.
The job ad – which is from the chemical engineering and biotechnology department - explains that the chosen candidate will: "investigate the factors which allow chocolate – which has a melting point close to that of the human body – to remain solid and retain qualities sought by consumers."
Those who think they're up to the task must have a 2.1 degree and be good at maths.
It's a shame being a chocoholic isn't all they're looking for - we'd apply in a minute!
