We've all heard horror stories about annoying neighbours, but this must be one of the most irritating to date.

A man obsessed with Canadian warbler Celine Dion drove neighbours mad with his constant playing of her Titanic hit 'My Heart Will Go On', leading authorities to confiscate his speakers for a second time.

Pesky Gareth Davies, 47, had already been in trouble once for belting out loud music.

Despite pledging to stop with the torturous tunes, council officers have had to take away the ex-saleman's kit once again.

Songs from the likes of Vanilla Ice, James Brown and The Smiths were also blared out.

Speaking about the incident, the Kent-based man was quoted in the Sunday People saying: he only sang "one or two songs for 10-15 minutes and that was it."
