Iain Smith was so worried where four-year-old Archie went at night, that he decided to track the cat – by fitting a £59 GPS collar on to Archie.
It appeared that this fearless feline was snoozing slap bang in the middle of the A15, a massive four miles away from his home in Quarrington, Lincolnshire.
Archie would then return in the morning just in time for brekkie.
Iain, 33, who cares for the moggy when owner Clare Smith is away, was quoted in The Sun saying: "He's probably Britain's bravest pet – maybe the traffic relaxes him."
He's one crazy cat, that's for sure!
