Weighing a staggering 167kg, the mouth-watering dessert was made up of more than 50kg of fresh British strawberries, raspberries and blueberries, 50kg of double British cream, 5kg of elderflower cordial and 24kg of smashed up meringue.

The huge desert was made to launch Tesco's Love Every Mouthful campaign and, once complete, was handed out to 2,000 passersby!
