Despite its name, we promise you there's NO hedgehog in this dish! It actually involves scooping ice cream and clotted cream into a crunchy waffle cone. This is then covered in piles of chopped hazelnuts for a crunchy and creamy pudding.
Simple and speedy, this is a great quick dessert that can be whipped up.
- 1 large dollop Rodda’s Cornish clotted cream
- 1 handful chopped hazelnuts
- 1 waffle cone
- 1 large scoop vanilla ice cream (or any flavour you prefer)
Method1 Simply scoop the ice cream into your waffle cone and smother with a large helping of Cornish clotted cream.
2 Then, carefully roll in a bowl of chopped hazelnuts until the clotted cream is completely covered.
