Blitzing together berries, banana and quark, this on-the-go brekkie option is a healthy way to filling up first thing. And at just 170 calories per smoothie it won't ruin your diet.
If even this recipe is too time-consuming in the morning, simply whip it up the night before and store in the fridge– just give it a good stir before you tuck in.
- 250g frozen mixed berries
- 1 ripe banana
- 100g Lake District Dairy Co. Vanilla Quark
- 2 tablespoons clear honey
Method1 Place the frozen berries, banana, quark and honey in a food processor, liquidiser or jug with stick blender.
2 Process until the mixture is smooth. Pour into glasses or refrigerate until required.
