Chocolate orange, whipped cream, marshmallows and salted hazelnuts are all piled into this sweet treat – a fab tipple to indulge in over Christmas.
- For the chocolate milk base:
- 200ml semi-skimmed milk
- 4g (1 heaped teaspoon) cocoa powder
- 20g of Terry’s Chocolate Orange Milk, melted
- For the toppings:
- 1 wedge of Terry’s Milk Chocolate Orange
- 20ml Cointreau (optional)
- Whipped cream
- Toasted marshmallow
- Salted hazelnuts
Method1 To make the base, whisk the cold milk and cocoa powder until smooth. Heat on the hob until simmering point, and then remove from the heat and add the chocolate. Stir until smooth.
2 If you have access to a blow torch, you may want to gently toast the marshmallow.
3 Pour the shot of Cointreau (if required) followed by the hot chocolate in to a tall latte glass. Top with a small swirl of whipped cream, starting from the rim of the glass and working inwards.
4 Finish with your selected toppings and the toasted marshmallow.
