Lamb is marinated in yoghurt and curry spices, before being threaded on to skewers with fresh veggies. Enjoy in the sunshine for a scrumptious treat.
- 100ml natural yoghurt
- 1 Knorr Curry Flavour Pot
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 300g lamb, cubed
- 1 small courgette, cut into chunks
- ½ red pepper , cut into chunks
- 1 small red onion, cut into wedges
Method1 Mix together the first three ingredients and coat the lamb. Cover and leave for 1 hour.
2 Thread the lamb onto skewers with the vegetables and cook under a preheated grill for 4-6 minutes, turning regularly.
3 Serve with your choice of chutneys and pickles.
