- 1 pot Plain Danio Yoghurt
- ½ cucumber
- 1-2 tablespoons shredded mint
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- • Season to taste
Method1 Finely grate the cucumber and then squeeze it well to drain any excess water.
2 Add the shredded mint, crushed garlic and grated cucumber into a bowl with the plain yoghurt, adding 1 tbsp of olive oil. Mix well.
3 Season to taste and garnish with mint.
