Easiest-ever recipe for Nando's-style Coconut Chicken Curry

Making your own curry has never been easier than this super coconut chicken recipe. It takes just 15 minutes to prepare and tastes utterly delicious!

Mild coconut and cucumber flavours work well in contrast with the fiery Nando's peri-peri sauce. If you're a fan of spicy food we guarantee that this will go down a storm. And it's so simple to make - just 15 minutes in all. Result!

Coconut curry

  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 250ml Nando‚Äôs Medium peri-peri sauce
  • 250ml coconut milk
  • 250g rice noodles, cooked
  • 4 mini cucumbers
  • 1 basil sprig
  • 50g fresh coconut, shaved
  • 2 stalks spring onions


1 Heat the oil over a medium heat and brown the chicken thighs.

2 Add the peri-peri sauce and coconut milk to the pan.

3 After 10 minutes of reducing, spoon the curry over the cooked rice noodles and top with thinly sliced cucumbers, fresh basil, finely shaved coconut and thinly sliced spring onions.
