EastEnders, BBC1, 7.30pm

Sharon walks in to find Ben trying to suffocate Phil and quickly stops him, and a fuming Phil tells them both to get out. Sharon stands her ground and forces Phil to leave instead, and as he goes off he heads to the Arches where he begins to destroy it.

He then gets in a digger outside the car lot and starts to demolish it. As the horrified residents look on, they quickly realise someone was inside – has Phil killed an innocent bystander?

Meanwhile, Shirley has a chat with Ben making him realise he needs to help his dad. He goes to the car lot and then finds Phil in the Minute Mart, collapsed with booze. Ben comforts his devastated father – who was Phil's victim?

Emmerdale, ITV, 7pm

After Moira bailed her out of the £2000 she owed Dean, Holly isn't impressed to hear she'll be working at the garage to pay back her debts. She's even less happy when Cain tells her her job will be washing cars.

Elsewhere, Moira confides in Adam that Holly's been taking drugs again and she's had to pay off her dealer, but she's determined to keep her daughter safe this time – can she manage it?

Hollyoaks, C4, 6.30pm

Nathan is relieved when Rachel wakes up after they were hit by Holly's car, but she's trapped.

With Holly desperately trying to free an unconscious Cleo, she screams for help and Nathan rushes over to aid them, leaving Rachel behind.

As the emergency services arrive a car explodes, but whose vehicle was it? And who was inside?
