Britain's Got Talent judge Amanda will host the six-part series, which will feature ordinary people making extraordinary confessions.
Amanda will be watching from the sidelines and offer her support as friends, partners and family members are told life-changing news before the cameras.
Sounds like it'll be gripping viewing!
UKTV's deputy director of commissioning Hilary Rosen said: "I am hugely excited that we have Amanda Holden coming to W to front a fantastic new format: I've Got Something To Tell You.
"The series promises to be moving and captivating and Amanda will be fantastic at supporting the guests as they open their hearts to their loved ones."
Amanda will still be a judge on the 10th series of BGT alongside Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams, which will begin this spring.
