Just as Nick is accepting Robert's offer for the Bistro, Leanne and Ken arrive with the news they'd like to match Robert's offer. Carla is stunned and Tracy is furious, especially when she finds out where Leanne got the money from. As Tracy rages that Ken refused to release Amy's trust fund for the same thing, Ken's forced to admit he didn't let her have the cash because she wasn't thinking of Amy's future only her own selfish ends.
Determined to make sure the deal goes through, Tracy pays Carla another visit and demands she give Robert the remaining £10K he needs to beat Leanne's offer. Will Carla find the cash?
